Overview

DiveSuite is a modern, unified dive platform that replaces the fragmented, outdated tools divers are stuck with today. It combines:

• Dive Planning — Safe, validated decompression calculations
• Dive Logging — Adaptive complexity from recreational to technical
• Dive Analysis — Visualize profiles, track statistics, find trends
• AI Assistant — Smart insights and natural language planning (optional)
• Community — Social features, buddy system, dive center directory

Key Principles

Rec-First, Tech-Ready

Build for recreational divers first (simpler, larger market), but architect from day one to support technical diving expansion without rewrites.

Offline-First

Divers are often on boats or at remote sites with no signal. Core functionality must work fully offline.

AI is Optional

Users can disable all AI features via master toggle (CC-15). When AI is off, zero data leaves the device.

Safety is Non-Negotiable

AI never touches decompression calculations. Every plan includes disclaimers. The deco engine is isolated and validated.
